Feather Touch Focusers are widely known among the astronomical community as the Ferarri of Focusers.  Others, not sports-car minded have called it the Rolls Royce.  The Feather Touch is a marvel of engineering, machining and just plain gorgeous to touch and use.  We have several in the Observatory on our telescopes and hear nothing but praises from those who use them "and I thought BUTTER was smooth!".  We carry a Feather Touch with us to all the star parties we attend and it is the object of fondling, desire and cries of "my precious" by many who handle it. This focuser is so desireable that many people have bought a Feather Touch for their telescopes and paid nearly as much for their focuser as they did for their "economy" telescope.

Although, the SCT Micro will not eliminate image shift it will greatly improve your ability to hit the "sweet spot" without shaking the tube while you are at high power. It is shown here with our complete 2" focuser setup, which is the desired focusing system for photography and CCD imaging. This model will fit the originally US produced C-9.25" telescope and models for other SCT's are in production
